Ali’i was a great rental partner. The Passport worked great for us. It had plenty of room for 5 people, engine power, and a good sound system. It handled the drive up to the Waimea canyon great. Overall, the car and trip were great.
Car was great, shuttle service was quick. I was able to get on the shuttle when I saw others in line for the rental car shuttles. Since the shuttles are small I picked up the car myself and then returned to the airport to pick up my family. Ultimately though, I did pay considerably more booking through Toro, than another rental company.
Great service and the shuttle was very convenient. Both drivers were nice and knowledgeable. Met the owner at church and he’s a nice guy.
Shuttle pickup and drop off was very convenient. Seats were cloth and stained but so much room for luggage —-this is perfect for all your stuff
