Great experience. 👍 Thanks

Great car. All was good during the process.

Car was great and ready for us

All good except front tires are getting bald

This was the easiest rental car experience I have ever had! Super easy, very reasonably priced in comparison to the big rental car agencies. Nice park was the rental beach kit! Great Tommy Bahamas chairs and umbrella, made the beach excursions that much better! The car was in great condition and made our vacation fantastic! Thank you

Great car for Kauai! Easy pickup and drop off, very comfortable and capable. Would absolutely rent the same car again!

Everything was great!

Great car and communication

Ali’i Rental Cars (ARC) was great to rent from! The Jeep Cherokee was very clean and well maintained. Communication with ARC was excellent and they were very responsive with all my questions. ARC would be a top choice should I visit Kauai again.

Everything was easy. Would definitely book from them again!

Greatest. Every item every process made our Trip Fantastic. Thank You all.

Great car, easy pickup/dropoff, and quick response to any questions. Will be using Ali'i for all future Kaua'i visits.

The Jeep Cherokee was everything I had expected and worked out perfectly.

Car was great. Ali’i was even better. So quick to get dropped off and picked up and to n fro to airport.

Drop off of the car was a bit stressful since the shuttle to the airport doesn't start running until 7am and typical Ride Share drivers (like Uber and Lyft) are not available at 5:30am on the island. I wish Ali'i would have informed me of that prior, but luckily after scrambling and panicking that I wouldn't make my flight, I found QM Taxis which was able to pick me up - would recommend them if you're in the same situation. Other than that, the Jeep Cherokee was perfect for our trip, and having the Yeti cooler as an option was also super handy - I would highly recommend paying a little extra to add it if you're going to be packing lunches for the day. My partner and I were very thankful for Ali'is quick service when we realized a tire had a slow leak on the 2nd day we were there. We dropped it off at their shop and they had the tire patched and ready to go in about 5 minutes to send us back on our way!

Super easy pickup and drop off! The car was fantastic!

Nice car. Clean and car owner very communicative. Would rent again.

Excellent service and very convenient transportation to and from airport

Super convenient and great location for the cruise ship. Our car was clean and very nice!
