Overall the experience was good. However on the day of our departure we dropped off the vehicle at 7:00 am and the shuttle did not show up. We had to take an Uber to the airport or else we would have missed our flight.
Easy pickup, nice and clean. Please note that this van does not have Apple CarPlay capabilities. But overall a more than sufficient family van.
Car was great! Worked perfect for our large party!
Great car. Not excellent condition but filled our needs.
Super easy and great rental process! The car came with everything we needed and the shuttle service was quick and the employees were great. Highly recommend for your next travels!
Great vehicle and great company. We’ll be using them again next time in Kaua’i.
Easy rental great service great price
Super friendly easy to communicate and quick responses.
Great car and easy to pickup and drop off.
Thanks for the easy pick up and drop off! Worked out great!!!!
The staff was very friendly. The van we rented had some prior damage and it was loud when on the road. No power doors made it hard for young children to open and close.
Quick pickup from the airport to car lot. Rental car was clean and ran smoothly. Just what we needed for 4 adults & toddler, enough space for luggage and beach gear. Check-in and out process was easy.
These guys run a very smooth operation. Looking forward to booking again.
Alli Rental Car did an outstanding job! Great car! Very professional! Great communication! I’d use them again for sure!
Great experience. Friendly and professional service
Much easier than traditional car rentals. The entire trip was easy.
Super easy pickup and drop off! New vehicle that worked great.
